The position in a few words: within a small team of 4 to 5 people, each member actively participates in the usual tasks at Bouche Bée. Open and close, support customers, process deliveries, maintain the sales area and backroom, etc.
We are a small team where every talent can be useful. It is your motivation and your will that will give your position a diversified rhythm!

The main responsibilities of the position:
> Participate in welcoming and supporting customers
> Take part in the management of operations
(receipt of stock and labeling, web orders and shipping, space maintenance, etc.)
> Perform tasks related to communications and after-sales service
(social networks, special order tracking, etc.)

Required profile:
The meaning of relational
Initiative and proactivity
Good humor and contagious smile, even under a mask!
Reliability, organization, efficiency and autonomy
Customer service experience (an asset)

And in a lighter way, in the team, we like to laugh, animals, sweets and often we dress the same, but the contents of your wardrobe will not be a hiring criterion!

Details:
> Availability during the week and wkd;
> Excellent command of oral and written French, intermediate level in English required;
> Compatible employment for additional hours or with an ongoing study program;
