Sales and Operations Associate
from March 2024

Starting at 3 days/week which will quickly evolve to 30 hours/week.

The feminine is used, however please note that sex, gender and age have no importance.

The position in a few words: within a small team of 4 to 5 people, each member actively participates in the usual tasks at Bouche Bée. Perform openings and closings, support customers, process deliveries, maintain the sales area and backroom, etc.
We are a small team in which every talent can be useful. It's your motivation and your will that will give your position a diverse rhythm!

Our schedule is built as a team to allow all members good moments of rest.

Note that during the summer we open on Sunday, a schedule rotation is made to enjoy the sunny days in Montreal.

The main points of the position:
> Participate in welcoming and supporting customers:
suggestions, additional sales, loyalty, after-sales service, etc.

> Take part in operations management:
receiving stock and labeling, creating product sheets, preparing web orders, carrying out inventories, etc.

> Participate in the maintenance of spaces: marketing, maintenance of spaces, sorting, storage and organization of inventory, etc.

> Actively participate in knowledge sharing, we are looking for someone who is committed to teamwork.
